Went in to pay money into an account and got told the money must be in the correct bags. Explained its been paid in before like that. Person behind the counter got quite aggressive and punched the glass as a threat. Middle age person. Be careful as he openly admitted he couldnt be bothered counting it! Money was for a charity fund raiser for a local charity! Vile person!

As Daniel B stated above ; always trying to overcharge even when we clearly state what type of postage is required. Weve also been given the wrong change and this post office is currently working with one member of staff behind the counter and closes for 20 minutes during the afternoon. I would avoid if youre in a hurry and dont want to be ripped off. I was charged the price of a parcel when I was sending a large letter( it fitted perfectly through the letter guide because I watched the assistant do it). I didnt realise until I got home and looked a the receipt. I will NEVER go back there again.

Dreadful, 12.30 closing time means 12.30 in England so how come when I arrived today at 12.27 it was shut, bloke behind till didn't want to know when I knocked on door. Only wanted to post 1 item , had code on phone . Ridiculous.

Just been down here to attempt to get my money for my energy off British gas & 4 people stood outside the place trying to get in as he had decided to close as he was on his own today & obvs wanted to have his dinner or something! Takes me 20mins to walk there & back for a wasted journey coz god forbid he misses his lunchtime the absolute jobsworth!!!! Proper bad attitude he has anyway towards customers I've noticed on other visits! Get some more staff so you aren't letting the public down, it's so unprofessional! Got a bad back & have to walk all the way down there again now (no doubt on a day that's raining & windy to make me fume even more) I wasn't the only one either who had walked from other areas to use the place its a disgrace! Hope your lunch was good after the trouble you caused everyone! By the way I'd like to add that the women who work here are lovely, it's the man who has more attitude than Birkenhead!
