Greasby Post Office

Beware - just been overcharged because person behing counter couldn't be bothered to process 5 large letters individually unlike most Post Offices. The response below is absolute garbage - the large letters weren't sent signed for which would have cost 15.75 whereas I paid 10.95 which, according to my receipt was for 3 x 175gm and 2 x 515gm so it's clear the writer has no clue what happened! I really have no idea why "new price bands are mentioned - I already have details of the new prices and the bands haven't changed. For information - 1 large letter was under the 100gm threshold and another was in the 250-500gm band - I know this because I weighed them before bringing them to the Post Office and, in any case, these are eBay sales and checking my records I can see that exactly the same two items in question have been sent at rates within those price bands in the past.

Convenient place somewhat near to where I live. A bit cramped inside when there's a few people queuing, but there's rarely long wait times, thankfully. The staff are kind and fast for the most part. 1 staff member is awkward around me, for some reason, but others are happy to chat to me
