        Go elsewhere. Refused to send my parcel as I couldn't give a return postcode (nowhere else does this)it is not compulsory. I am not able to give a return postcode due to personal circumstances. Blatant discrimination. Its my right to use post office services. Hayley denied me that lawful right.

        I use the post office daily. All the staff are very polite, helpful and couldn't do any more to help me and my business. Been using them for several years now and never put a foot wrong.
