Little Sutton Post Office

Terrible. Que of 8 people stood outside 30 minutes after opening time, shutter still down. Not the first time either.

Closed at 1:15pm on a Tuesday, no note on the door, no mention of them closing at lunch on the website. My wife also had to collect a parcel a few weeks ago, the guy couldnt find the parcel, she webt again after being told it was definitely there, again couldn't be found. The clerk seemed stoned and didnt have a clue where anything was.

I think the staff who work there are doing their best under difficult circumstances. This is a very small convenience store and post office, but very often there is a queue of 10 or more people waiting and invariably there is only one member of staff. They are also a hub for parcel delivery without having sufficient space, as a result despite my parcel from Amazon confirmed as being delivered I had to pay 3 visits for them to find the item. In conclusion this post office is understaffed and not large enough to accept third party couriers .
