        Times really need updating on their door and systems. Went there at 6.15pm as opening times online state till 7pm. Not very good if you cant get parcels due to work commitments so you wait until a day you think theyre open longer.

        My Post Person just walks across the garden every morning. I am working so no able to talk to him. I see him on my ring door bell. . Every Post Person should be told they are going onto people's property please respect their land.

        I've had a missed parcel delivery from this depot it directed me to pick the parcel up from the Wallasey depot on going to the counter was told it wasn't there so a 30 mile round trip plus parking fee waste of time excuse was wrong card address by delivery driver
