You need to educate your driver's on the highway code, especially rule 223! Dangerous driving and then pulling out infront of a bus and slamming on, reporting it to the police, I'm sure the bus company had CCTV

They came out within 15mins of calling on a friday afternoon, surveyed my drains and picked up on a broken rest bend which another company had failed to spot a few days prior. Feared the worst when I was told I needed an internal excavation to replace the rest bend which was inside my kitchen. They were back the next morning and had laid concrete by 2pm, even offered to return and refit my kitchen cupboards later in the week. Tidy job all round and a lot less expensive than first thought!
