Amazing from start to finish from Emma and Ian. Always had time for me and gave honest advice throughout. After a really poor CCTV survey from another company they done a survey themselves identifying a major defect which the previous survey didn't not show, this also ended up being a United Utilities pipe which saved me alot of money. They also repaired a pipe on my land so quickly and efficiently and spoke to the United Utilities staff for me to explain where the pipe was located as they couldn't find it. If it wasn't for Ian I wouldn't have known any different. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and would recommend them to anyone.

Really helpful. Very efficient. Great communication. Replaced old lead water pipe, even moved water meter internally to a more logical/accessible position. Reliable - turned up exactly when promised. Left the site immaculate.

Great service from start to finish. Work was carried out to a very high standard (replacement of old lead pipe). Ian and his team were all very professional, friendly and left the area clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.
