Been going to see Joelle for a while. Always works wonders on my bad back. Keeps me going. Really relaxing Thoroughly recommend.

I ride lots of different types of bikes and lately I have had 3 injuries. One where my motorbike wheel bearing broke and threw me off and my metacarpals swelled out and I just left it. Then 4 weeks later I broke my toe in 3 places, it was a bad injury. Then I came off my mountain bike and my thumb got bruised around the base and I couldn't hold the handlebar at all and I thought I won't be able to ride for a week or two. I went to try Joelle's new cryo machine and she treated all three injuries. I had a session evey other day for the first week and four sessions in the two weeks after that. Within 4 days I was actually able to ride my bike again. After two weeks it's great. Now I know how well it works I can see how cryostimulation would have sped up healing of the first two injuies to a better result however It has stil helped the movement and has reduced the pain so I'm very happy with it.

I first put this review on Facebook back in 2015 and have continued to see Joelle on a monthly basis ever since. I am a great fan of Joelle's work and how she constantly expands her knowledge, expertise and qualifications thus ensuring I have a most beneficial and relaxing experience: I have had many massages over the years, some very good, some not so much but the massages I have had from Joelle are easily the best. I have had regular no hands massage with Joelle for the past six months and they help me cope with the vagaries of my body. From the moment Joelle opened her door with a very bright and friendly greeting I instantly felt at ease. The treatment room is large, bright and airy and exudes relaxation. Joelle has a range of music to suit everyones taste and I have my favourite which invokes letting go. Joelle takes notes each week on how you are feeling and any problems areas or areas that have improved between massages and is genuinely interested in my wellbeing. The massage itself is very flowing and Joelle addresses any problem areas mentioned really getting in deep where necessary but always checks to see if a lighter touch is preferred. Joelle is also instinctive with her massage and often has found places that need addressed that I was unaware of and always leaves me with a sense of being nurtured and cared for. I look forward to my monthly massage and am never disappointed. Many thanks Joelle.
