My granddaughter had her school photographs . The choices that were given I picked A which is full class photo and small one and my daughter-in-law got the same one altogether 32 . The class picture of which my granddaughter is in is distorted a little bit like Chucky. Complain to school I was told that would there was no refund for the obvious faults on the picture. Many of the parents have complained about this the photographs but nothing has been done about it

Photo was ok, not as shiny as other companies have done. Also make sure you give correct change as like most people, i work very long hours, my son didnt give me the photograph and with it being his last said id buy it anyway and gave him 20 expecting change. Called the company and because of how they do it was basically told i wont get any change from it. Wont be buying any future pictures from this company again. Everyone is struggling at the minute and I am all for supporting local businesses but i feel not helping or even offering to help people is no good. I even asked if i could pay the different and use the owed money for a second picture but was dismissed.
