        The system easily , they have remotely accesses the system in a secure manner. All it takes is a few clicks and changes can be made to printers and rolled out seamlessly. Great customer service and support from LAURA ELLIS . Received multiple emails from Laura just to check if everything working and everything working as it should. Really helpful, friendly and caring.         Claim that they are based in North Wales, however based on The Wirral. Charge you 108 to come and service a machine, then call wanting an extra 50 as you are out of area. Cancelled and found another local company that charge a 3rd of the price. They claim they have the highest google review. This is based on one review! This can perhaps no longer be claimed.
