UPDATE. Thank you Customer Support for your prompt response to my review and your offer of a 5 refund. I would have contacted you directly had I your contact details to sort out this issue. I understand that you are unable to explain why the photo was of such poor quality since it is some time ago but that you will be investigating it further. I have modified my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Took a 110 negative here last year. I was assured it would be cleaned and professionally printed and saved to a disk. No disk shocking quality prints with very noticeable marks. Took it to Wilkinson's cameras. Perfect photo printed while I waited and only when I was happy with sizing and at a fraction of the price. Thank you Max Spielman's Customer Support Team for your response. I have sent further details as requested on 08/02/2023.
