Tried ringing throughout a whole afternoon. In the end, I had to go up there myself and was waiting for over half an hour . I then took my phone as I had suspected earlier that they had been leaving the phone off the hook to prevent answering. On that note I took my phone whilst in the pharmacy and rang their number. Low and behold,the phone WAS off the hook and was visible. Disgusting behaviour.

Long queue outside, they closed the shop and left leaving people with out service. Lady behind counter didn't care and made no effort to inform people in queue.

This pharmacy is just fantastic ,I get myself worked up going to Hoylake chemist ,because something is always wrong and yes it was again !!!went to this pharmacy just because I happened to be in Morton ,explained my problem ,not only did they sort it out she was 17 in the queue at west kirby ,and she phoned me back ,its sorted ... Ime so used to its not here were not getting any ring your surgery snd thats another story !!! I know its only HRT but I was nearly having a breakdown !!!! Thanks to Rowlands Ime all calm again Cant recommend them enough xxx
