        Visited the pharmacy to see the pharmacist (prescriber) as GPs are full and unavailable to access treatment for my complaint/concern. Unfortunately felt the pharmacist was unsympathetic and patronising. Would put me off visiting again for treatment. Prescribers are a useful way of accessing treatment which is otherwise hard to achieve and I felt let down in this situation. The rest of the team seemed to be nice.

        Was having a problem with my prescription, the staff were patient and very helpful in sorting this out and the Pharmacist very good at explaining why the combination of tablets had been prescribed and how best to take it. Thank you.
