Never have the medicine in stock, staff seem frustrated and overwhelmed sometimes. Service is quite slow.

So slow. Going in after 3 days to be told there is an hour wait as its not been made up. Service gone way downhill.

Changed over from Whitby, absolutely wonderful. Always got what I need. Can shop while I wait . Wonderful friendly staff, should have changed sooner instead of giving them chance after chance.

>45 minute wait for a single *emergency* item. I was told that the wait was due to the pharmacist moving his car (which seemed to take about half an hour). He waltzed back in at a leisurely pace as if there wasn't a queue of half a dozen people, and 15 minutes later none of the people who were waiting for him had been seen to.

I have never had a problem with Asda pharmacy before, however my mum (an elderly lady who doesnt speak English) came today to the pharmacy to collect her repeat prescription and has been served by a super rude lady. My mum suffers from a bad depression, has attempted suicide few months ago and now she is feeling super humiliated. She always collects the prescription by herself using a letter containing every needed information such as full name, DOB and address. They never had any problems accepting the letter I wrote to her, however today this lady was extremely rude to my mom who had showed this pharmacys lady the letter stating she doesnt speak English and with all her info in there, and she still kept asking my mum to tell her address. My mom then called to me so I could speak with this adorable lady. I dont know her name, but thanks to her now my mom is at home feeling extremely humiliated because many people have watched this scene while my baby was in the pram crying as well.
