Rowlands Pharmacy

Have tried to ring all day,15 calls made and phone just rings out. I am desperate for my medication and for the store to not pick up phone to confirm if prescription not ready is not acceptable. I appreciate we are living in different times , but to have a service that does not respond is unacceptable. I will of course look to move to a different |Chemist going forward.

Unpredictable at best. Prescription collections have gone from 3 days to 7 days now 10 days. Told to return on Tuesday to collect and shutters down at midday (not lunch) so no reaso to be shut. Never know whether there opening hours are an accurate reflection of when they are open or not.

Arrive at shop at Pharmacy at 12:45 (closes at 1pm on a Saturday), obviously a queue (1 other person) due to Covid restrictions, 12:56 pharmacist come out and says they are closing in 4 minutes and have now stopped serving. I explain that I've been stood there nearly 10-15 minutes and the reply was yeah we've stopped serving as we close at 1pm. At least inform people in the queue outside in plenty of time, shocking service.

During lockdown Rowlands have been amazing. I was shielded for 4 months and my prescriptions were on time no waiting or queuing outside the shop. Our prescriptions were delivered by an amazing kind helpful member of staff Emma she is such a lovely person l cannot thank her enough for everything she did for me and my family. Thank you Emma and the staff.
