The staff really should consider a career that doesnt involve customer facing. They will stand around and listen to the phone ringing instead of answering it. Go anywhere else unless your are absolutely desperate.

Really bad.You have to que for an eternity.When you do finally get inside your are ignored for a while.If I try to phone up they never answer.Put aside 15 minutes of your life to get anything here.Shame as the customer service used to be brilliant.

As other's have said I have used this pharmacy for as long as I can remember and it used to be great. I used to be able to see the doctor, walk with my prescription to the pharmacy and pick up my medicine. Now you have to wait a couple of days before checking and even then there's no guarantee what you need will be in. My mother had an item ordered and whoever was serving her refused to hand over the medication because they hadn't noted who it was ordered for

I used this chemist for years but the service went from bad to worse they are always out of stock on items and they wont deliver your med if you can walk. I was told this by the shop assistant and l no of at least 1 other person who 82 year old and they wont deliver hers either disgracefull service and that standard procedure to deliver your meds at any other chemist so l went to another chemist and get my medicine delivered with no questions or problems
