Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I was left waiting to be spoken to for 10 minutes, while 3 staff members stood the other side of the counter ignoring me. When I was served, very rudely, the woman wrongly informed me that the word plus in the title of a medicine means it contains caffeine. As a result, I didnt purchase the pain relief medication my mother had been advised to take (Nurofen Plus) as I was wrongly led to believe it contains caffeine, which she is allergic too. I find it extremely worrying that staff authorised to advise on and dispense medicines are giving incorrect information regarding them to customers

People block pavement with cars here ,yet car park directly opposite, Sign states they are a payzone payment place ,yet when you go in get told never done payzone ,even though they have payzone sign outside . SO STILL BREAKING THE LAW IN BLOCKING DISABLED ACCESS BY BLOCKING THE PAVEMENT, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A LGE CAR PARK OPPOSITE

Used to be good, but has really gone down hill lately. The staff are definitely friendly enough, but there are a few factors that really let them down. Firstly they avoid answering the phone. They are regularly out of stock of some medication. When this happens they will hold off sending an order even if you have stated when ordering that it's urgent. For around the 8th time I have ordered my regular medication to be told that I should receive them Monday at the latest, but still not had them delivered by Thursday. Leaving me to run out again.
