        Really gone down hill since pharmacist changed. Staff very disorganised and sometimes very short with customers. If it doesn't improve, I might go elsewhere.

        No customer service at all. You are left waiting for 15 minutes whilst staff dispense in the back. Amount of times told prescriptions hasnt come through from the gp next door. Changed to Lloyds, much better service open longer hours and text when script is ready.

        shocking! left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing - no continuity of staff and deliver service (to housebound only) is a joke!
