Had both of my dogs cut here today. My elderly Westie looks the best he's ever looked and my other dog looks amazing too. Thank you so much, I'd definitely recommend.

dogs look awful as you can see in the pictures.. don't recommended at all.

I have used the self service wash a few times now here. I find that each time I come its getting worse. The facilities are old, faulty and dirty. This place really needs a refurb as its not what it should be compared to the more newer modern one in moreton. Both places charge the same but are so different experiences. There were no aprons to use as they were broke, the shampoos didn't come out the pipe on all 4 settings, the other pipe for the shampoo in the other bath didn't work also. The hoses on the baths were old , the chain safety clips for the dog collars are rusty. The towels were all full of other people's dog hairs too which was very off putting when trying to dry off your clean dog. The place its self was dirty and uncleaned with dog hair flying about off the floor whilst I was trying to dry my dog. Its a shame its like this compared to its other site and I can't understand why they are not both at the same standard. It's very off putting and don't think I shall not be returning in a hurry sorry.
