I wouldnt recommend this place whatsoever, I dont usually bother with reviews but I took my boy here as a shih Tzu they matte extremely easily and Id explained to them beforehand that he was well overdue this groom, however no groomer has ever had an issue with grooming him in a timely manner. It took them 3 hours to shave his body alone, it had taken them so long to do that, that he was extremely uncomfortable and became agitated when they tried to do his face so I was told to pick him up after 3 hours and pay the full 40 cost of grooming him, I was asked to come back the following Saturday so that they could finish his head however I was unable to make it due to personal circumstances and I messaged them the same day to apologise and offered to pay them even more money to have this finished and never received a reply. I want to know what they were doing to my dog for 3 solid hours. I also would like to know why he came back to me smelling like sweat? I actually cannot explain that its just disgusting. 100% would never pay for such an awful service again.
