I am a client of John's. I love his set up as well as well thought out and structured sessions. If anything John creates a warm and welcoming environment where people can exercise in a non threatening environment. We all know how overwhelming gym's can feel and John's studio is completely the opposite. The sessions are enjoyable yet challenging which is perfect for an excellent session. I would highly recommend John as a personal trainer.

The most dedicated, professional, caring PT you could wish for. My personal experience has been amazing and my results remarkable. Im very happy to have chosen 1st call fitness, not only does he train you hes completely committed to getting you the results you want in a short period of time. You get encouraged to stick to a routine and you feel so supported all the way through the process so much so that is impossible for you to quit. Ive been training with 1st call fitness for the past 2/3 years, October last year I had a big operation, I was not able to train for over 6 months. Really affected my physical and mental health as my body changed so much. I started the program, taking it easy at first, now 4 months training again I have gained my body shape and I feel amazing in all areas I can only thank 1st call fitness Jonh helping me to achieve my goals and give me my confidence back.

Cant recommend John more!! He supported me through a programme which was exactly what I needed, when I had no idea what it was that I needed! He also supported to me build the knowledge and skills to keep going on my own after PT sessions, so that I can keep all my hard working going on my own too. At 5ft 2, Ive lost 1.5 stone, gone from a size 12 to an 8 and lost around 12 inches in total!! Hes brilliant!
