    Ive never had amazing experiences with PTs mainly because I never felt heard. This all changed when I was recommended V. Feeling very skeptical I signed up for an initial course thinking that this would be as much as Id deal with. One year on and Im still attending my one to one sessions with V and enjoying it. She listens, takes on board your individual limitations and draws up a plan which she is always flexible with. I find each session different, and varied, which for someone who gets bored easily it works wonderfully well. Ive never felt as fit as I do now and without a shadow of a doubt that is all down to V!

    Where do i start V had kindly donated 12 PT sessions to a charity event to auction off, i bid, and won and im so glad i did. 15th August i first walked through the door at her studio, and Ive loved every session since. Finally I understand nutrition which for me was a problem. Ive become stronger and fitter and really feel Ive made a friend in V which is just all so lovely. V has more knowledge in the industry than anyone I've met before. This to me gives me such confidence to follow her guidence. Honestly changed everything for me. X

    V was recommended to me by a friend. I instantly connected with her and she did a full assessment and designed a fitness programme to meet my changing needs. Now that I am in my 60's I wanted to build upon my strength as I felt I'd lost a lot of strength during the pandemic. V was very friendly, enthusiastic, and always professional. All our sessions were prepared in advance so we followed a progressive plan. I loved the fact that I felt stronger and fitter week on week. V also encouraged my out of sessions running and I completed a 5K run. After several months of progress I felt I wanted to sign up to a gym and V personally introduced me to Crossfit and continues to offer support on my fitness journey. Thank you very much!!

    V is brilliant! I first met V around 4 years ago when she covered another class I used to attend. We got on great and I really enjoyed the way she ran the session. At that time, I then started to run more and didnt do as much strength training, however after a couple of years I decided I wanted to get back into it, my body shape had totally changed from just running. I contacted V again and we met up at her gym for a coffee. We chatted about what I wanted to get out of training and a lot about nutrition too! She is very knowledgeable about it all. I have always been so conscious about my weight and been on so many diets that work at first but are not sustainable. It took me a while to get my head around the fact I needed to eat more but now I feel so much better, I have more energy, i'm much stronger and I actually agree that it doesnt matter what the scales say anymore! Last year I entered my first triathlon and of course V trained me (she used to race for GB!!) I completed it and finished mid table for my age group I couldnt have done it without V. I was always a strong (ish) swimmer but had never been able to swim front crawl for more than 1 or 2 lengths V had me swimming 750m openwater in 15 minutes which I was very proud of! Vs sessions are always tailored to your needs and goals, theyre always very well planned out whether it is in the gym with her or online. She will push you in the sessions but you always finish feeling great. Her knowledge around fitness, health and nutrition is second to none. V is now a very good friend and I would recommend her to anyone! x

    I met V at a party, not sure if by chance or because our mutual friend knew she could help me. I was recovering from a stroke, and due to the nature of said stroke, I was left pretty immobilised. Consequently I piled on the weight and was left with little energy. So, I had a chat with V, and straight away I could tell it would be a new challenge for her. This interest and empathy from V made my mind up pretty quickly that this is what I need to do. I got in touch fairly soon after and she invited me in for a chat. This enables you to see where and what equipment you will be using, but again talking with V, she gives you a confidence and the will to get yourself back together. It was an easy decision to make, it was just a case of when, but that was decided quickly and the first session was that week. I had previously worked out many years ago, so I had most techniques or so I thought. What V concentrates on is ensuring that you workout correctly. None of these cheat curls or rounded shoulders, V is ex military, enough said. I am now lifting weights I could only dream of, I am much fitter, healthier (this also comes from the nutrition coaching that V passes on, believe me she absolutely knows her stuff). I cannot recommend V any more than this. She has helped me get to a body I am happy to take my t shirt off as I am actually on holiday as I write this. Not just that, my stroke seems a lot further away than it is because feeling this fit, how could I have gone through that! V creates a calm and considered environment in which to work on you either getting healthy, getting fit or just you wanting to better yourself. Don't for a second think it will be easy, because she is so lovely, behind that sweet face is a workout monster!! Haha, every bit of what V does is well thought out and planned in advance of you being there. She keeps you within your capabilities, but pushes you to the absolute limit, until next time when your new limit has moved up 10kg. Quite honestly it is the best thing I could have done for my health. V gives you everything, it is up to you what you do with it. X Graham
