The Fragrance Shop

Nice shop with average prices. I did however have to wait 2 weeks to get my order delivered to the shop while buying from the online store which is horrible as there is no information anywhere on the website or during the ordering process to say that you will have to wait that long. It's supposed to be click and collect. Even stuff from China arrives quicker than that.

Terrible shop will never go back,they owe me 92 and wouldnt give me it back, bought a bottle of perfume on my debit card cost 92 , after leaving the shop i checked my banking app and i had been charged twice, went back the shop spoke to the manager and he said one of the payments would disappear as they where only pending payments, that night both payments went through, went back the shop and asked for a re fund, he refused to refund my money , he then wrote down an email address on one of the small pieces of paper you squirt perfum on and said email them and you should get your money back in 5 days, theres only 10 shopping days till xmas, and im 92 down, i find this unacceptable, why should i be out of pocket due to an error in the shop!
