Really nice place, fun activities for all ages, value for money, happy to cater for child's needs etc dairy free etc. Having my daughters party there as easy access to reach for parents

Had my daughters 6th birthday party here last night, about 14 kids attended the party. I cannot thank the girls who work at sugar and spice enough, they were all so lovely and helpful and made sure all the kids had the best time! We had a chocolate fountain and party bags, both very good value for price, and easier than doing myself ! Will definitely be coming back soon! Xx

Had my daughters birthday party here today and think that its fair to others to leave a genuine review The venue as a whole needs a full refurbishment carpet tiles loose electric cables hanging with nails showing from the clips extension cables on the floor where young children where playing Very dirty condition over all with a smell of cigarettes in the air with no tables for children to eat there food off The h was missing from the happy birthday sign A few members off staff seemed to have a lack of interest with the older member saying on one occasion that she was bored ? The left over food was just pushed to the corner with a brush which was then left lying on the floor by the steps my wife picked it up in the end along with left over food off the dance floor plates and cups not cleared away just left lying around my 11 year old daughter took over entertaining the kids at one point to keep the party going Over all my 6 year old had a nice time but to sum it up the words I would use are disorganised dirty and disappointing considering the cost

This place needs a serious makeover.... Fantastic for pamper party's but drab dull needs colour and sparkle on the walls
