Very friendly, helpful staff excellent service and prices had eye test about a 3 weeks ago glasses were back in an about 10 days really pleased with them like a new lease of life well done Asda would highly reccomend them

What lovely people. All of them, especially the manager went out of their way to help me. Including ordering a replacement pair of glasses free of charge when I couldn't get used to the 1st pair. They were very patient with me my disability makes shopping for comfortable glasses a very difficult task and they made it as stress free as possible. Thank you.

Very reasonably priced varifocals. Friendly staff, excellent Optician. They kindly repaired (no cost) my two pairs of Asda glasses as I'd broken the arms off them. I would recommend them to you.

Possibly the poorest customer experience I ever received with the most ignorant and rude staff I come across. No interest in customer service all seemed to have got out the wrong side of bed. 3 staff in and felt they did everything they could not to get my order. The complete opposite experience I received from vision express who were amazing and wanted to give me great service. Asda you need to quickly sort your unmotivated, disinterested staff out who let you down big style. Asda Bromborough Opticians.
