        AVOID - Absolutely disgusted at the customer service and more importantly the attitude I received here today I have been a loyal customer here for 5 years and ordered multiple 200 - 300 frames from here for myself partner and children. I have just been advised my prescription has changed to what it should have been 6 months ago (their error) therefore need to reglaze a pair I recently purchased (from them) as this is an expensive process I was going to order a cheap pair from THEIR website and requested my Pupillary Distance reading upon the mear mention of this I was refused my own information for fear of them losing some commission thinking I was going behind their back to another option which if I was would not need them to tell me my own information would just get it measured by the new one, honestly pathetic to hold my own readings hostage in fear of losing business. You have lost a loyal customer in this process I will be finding a new optician in future. Work on your customer service to many it is more important than the brand or pricing.
