Eye 2 Eye

I'd previously been to a well known optician, who not only said I didn't need glasses but didn't refer my results to my GP, which he should have after telling me he had found 4 white dots behind my eye! But didn't know what it was, it now turns out I have diabetic maculopathy. Anyway that optician put me off having my eyes tested again until I was told I HAD to go by my GP because I was now diagnosed diabetic. I booked in with eye to eye because it's local, the lady on the phone was lovely & on the day of my appointment the staff where all lovely the appointment didn't seem as long as my previous one but seemed more thorough. The lovely lady then helped me choose my glasses, they contacted me when they where ready, I had to cancel my first appointment, then I was late (called them to let them know) to my final appointment but the wait wasn't long & I've now got my glasses. so longs as I go here & it's the same optician & staff i won't be anxious about going again
