        Worst Customer service ever. Lady called Jane was rude from the start and yelled like she owned the place . Her colleague had the decency to look sheepish about it. If she is the manager as che claim she is, William Hill you are in big trouble!

        The lady behind counter "jane" is possibly the worst person i have came across in my gambling history. Rude and has no manners. Ive been using this shop all my adult life and i am considering going to ladbrookes.... shop all my adult life and i am co siderinhg going usong alladrookes

        If you are management you should take note, female behind counter, glasses, scraggy hair is obnoxious, bad mannered and in my opinion shouldn't be serving the public... I walked out, so you missed 20 wager, went to betfred where I got a civil encounter . Shame on you lady!!!!
