Ezgi is a really kind, friendly and knowledgeable practitioner. I was going through a bad time with multiple allergies and lowered immunity and she really helped me with diet advice and recommended some useful supplements. She really listened to me and took the time to make the plan suit my personal needs, she also took into account what my budget was. I would really recommend her practice! 5* :)

Brilliant service, great variety of meals in a layout which is easy to follow. Throughout the 4 week period, Ezgi went above and beyond to ensure I was keeping on track which lead to great results. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to lose weight without the costly amounts.

Where do I even start with Ezgi! Well she came into my life exactly when I needed her the most, first and foremost she is the easiest person to talk to about ANYTHING. She really listened to what type of journey I wanted her to help me with and it completely changed my diet .
