I cannot thank everyone enough for the exceptional level of care you provided to my beloved Grandma over the years.
Manager and Senior staff were always considerate of the need to incorporate us, as her family, into my Grandma's care. They also took a very in depth approach to delivering personalised and holistic care which met all of my Grandma's needs.
Care staff always went that extra mile when delivering care and my Grandma was always happy, she considered staff as her family, which was lovely to see how thought of they were to her.
We received incredible welcoming and hospitality whenever we visited Grandma, and they were very accommodating. Especially when we held a 90th Birthday Party for my Grandma.
The facilities and activities coordinated always provided enjoyment.
I would highly recommend Victoria House to anyone who is considering a Residential Care environment for a loved one.
