When i asked to speak on 3 separate occasions regarding my brothers safety and complaining that his human rights were being taken away . I recieved a phone call from the manager who was very agresive . I would not recommend to even consider leaving a loved one there . He is now at a new nursing home who apserlutly adore him and he is overwelmed and very happy and settled . I am 80 years of age and the past week has been so upseting watching my brothers sob every evening we visited. The staff stuck together they stopped talking to him and there seems to be a shortage of toilet roll even though he has bowel trouble ..a full report has been given to adult social care who will now investigate thourougly. As he was safegaurded from this home and staff .

Lovely staff. Dated but clean. Needs money spending on it. When the lift breaks it's a nightmare.
