Daleside Nursing Home

The care home has been recently refurbished, the Staff are lovely, the residents are entertained and occupied all week. I'm very happy my Mum is here. And feel she is very well cared for. Brilliant care home overall

This care home ought to be closed down. If you dont have enough staff dont take new patients! My grandad was admitted last year despite us requesting he wasnt sent there having heard the horror stories from others. Staff left my grandad for over an hour desperate for the toilet and on other occasions to wet himself through. Another patient spotted in the living room soiled through and no one attending to them. Total disgrace, unhygienic, unclean. This is just the tip of the iceberg of what his experience at that place. Would never allow a family member to be taken there again.

I was admitted from hospital, was Anxious at first about doing can honestly say the staff are excellent in every way, made to feel so welcome nothing was too much trouble they looked after me and it was like being with Family the respect they showed was amazing, The food was fantastic choices to suit everyone and was cooked to perfection, (Thanks to the amazing chef) activities every day always different ones and enjoyable thanks to Lucy, The cleanliness is outstanding and the people responsible for cleaning are lovely and very understanding.
