I would like to thank all the staff here at Grove house for the Care,respect,and dignity they have shown my Dad Edward Machin while he was there on respite Thank you all so very much for everything especially the second floor and the lady in reception Dad said he will be back x

I would like to comment on the staff and facilities at this care home. Nothing is too much trouble and residents are very well looked after. This is shown in the care provided by staff and the appearance of the resident.The staff are polite and caring, always chatting to the residents. The care home is very well led and is genuinely a care home I would be happy for my family to stay in.

My Dad was here for 8 weeks after being unwell in hospital. I can't thank the staff on the first floor enough they went above and beyond with his care and supporting the family I only wish this could of been his permanent residency

My Mum is a resident on the 2nd floor and I can honestly say that I believe Grove House to be an excellent care home. The staff are wonderful with my mum and very obviously care a great deal that she is as safe, well and happy as she can be with dementia. I cannot thank them enough for the peace of mind that they give me. The home is always clean and fresh, the lady in the office is always welcoming and very helpful and a recent change in management has been an obvious success.
