        My mum was in there for only 3weeks till she passed away and myself and my family can not fault the home for the care they gave to my mum, the staff are all so lovely and will go out of there way to keep the residents happy always friendly to everyone. Myself and my family would certainly recommend Charlotte house to anyone looking for a nursing home for their loved ones. Thank you once again for the care you gave to our mum

        Very poor. I never leave reviews because I make a living performing in Care Homes but what I saw here was sickening. The way in which one gentleman in particular was spoken to was vile. Had it been a male member of staff I would have knocked him out. Vile. Disrespectful. Residents spoken to like naughty children.
