I was booked in for 12 and I waited an hour and for my appointment. Unfortunately Lians ability to manage time is very poor, her nails are great and I wish you could book in arrive and get your nails done, no discount was offered as I had sat there waiting an hour

Went to this nail place and the woman took over an hour to do my gel extensions. Despite having this amount of time, she completely rushed them, and they were all bumpy and uneven. She didnt even shape them and tried to convince me that they were fine as square (even though I asked for round??). I paid anyway and even tipped her because she seemed really nice at the start and said that I could come back later so she could fix them as I had to get back to work and she accepted she had rushed them. I came back after work and she shaped the nails on both hands for about 10 seconds in total and told me she was finished. I asked her to shape them more as they were still square and she refused. She saw I was shocked and so shaped them more, apologising saying that she was just tired. The shaping obviously took off the white of the French manicure. When I asked if she could touch it up because it was all chipped, she started screaming at me because I was asking too much - despite me not asking for a refund, literally just asking her to correcr the mistakes she did earlier. She stood up and leaned towards me and I honestly thought she was going to hit me. I was not cheeky or rude in anyway, I was very respectful of her and still she started screaming. She threw the money I had given her earlier at me and then picked it up again and said youll get this back once I remove the nails. I started crying and she continued to shout at me before grabbing a hold of my wrists. I asked her to let go and I left - I didnt even ask for a refund I was so upset. It was horrendous.
