Bought a van a week ago from the lads down at port van sales, couldn't fault them..went to view the van taken it out for a test drive, ticked all the boxes for me, left a deposit on the van and collected it today couldn't ask for a better service all round fron viewing to collecting thank you guys keep up the good work, 2012 transit van...over the moon again...thank you

I wish I could do no stars! I bought a van from these in August the van had to be scrapped by November! Port Van Sales didn't care when we told them about our problems with the van. Typical sales techniques great service and couldn't do enough for you when buying, once bought they lost interest and couldn't care. Awful company!!!

Purchased a van from this company 2 months ago, had a fault on the clutch so took the vehicle back. After being told it was ready for the collection I travelled 1.5hrs to be greeted with a van with oily fingerprints on the exterior paintwork, cables hanging off underneath, the undertray still in the back of the van and the initial problem I sent it in for had not been fixed. Story goes on with these guys, no contact, not interested in making sure they look after customers etc. Finally got the van delivered after 1 month at the garage, front bumper hanging off, cables tucked in to front bumper, a spring fitted to the clutch pedal to deviate from the underlying poblem and undertray still not fitted. The van was driven for over an hour when delivered with no coolant in. Fuming at the customer service when spending in excess of 15k, I will be seeking a full refund.
