Just wanted to say thanks to Robert at BQA Ltd, for all his assistance with the purchase of this stunning A6 Avant! I have driven a practically identical car since 2013. I love the 3.0T engine and so had been searching for a replacement for some time. I was looking at S4 Avants, but was really hoping I could find an A6 as prefer the extra interior space. I then spotted this whilst checking out the AutoTrader website. To be honest it almost looked too good to be true, as I know the 3.0T petrol estates are very rare. So to find one that appeared to be in such great condition AND with low miles, I had to get in touch. I have found the entire experience of dealing with BQA very efficient and hassle free. No pressure sales, no hidden agendas and straight answers given to any questions I had about the car. The Audi was just as described, it is in beautiful condition and I intend to keep it that way. I think your approach with the cars you buy is a welcome change to the stereotypical used car business, and can compare it more closely to the way in which a classic car specialist may work preparing and selling their precious stock! Thanks again, I would recommend anyone to buy a car from BQA, safe in the knowledge that they are buying true quality; and that much valued peace of mind!!

From a seller's perspective it has been a pleasure dealing with Rob and Adele. They were both very respectful, courteous and genuine, not like dealing with the motor trade, and more like dealing with friends or family. Anyone looking to sell their prized car could not do any better than the BQA team, who will take the car to the next level and find a good home for it. This is not your typical car 'dealer'. As a motoring enthusiast with a weak spot for older, well looked after cars I've dealt with many dealers and private sellers. Rob and Adele not only know their cars inside out but make the buying experience a real pleasure. I have never met anyone that knows and understands the cars they are selling as well as they do. The E46 330ci I bought from them was incredibly well looked after, exactly as described and had clearly benefited from the BQA process. I am a very happy customer, highly likely to use BQA again and already recommending them to friends. Keep it up Rob and Adele... and do keep in touch (never asked a 'dealer' to do that before!).

Buying a car from a franchise dealership with the apparent assurance you believe you are getting, should not deter you from allowing BQA the opportunity of providing you with your next car. Their attention to detail and standard of service exceeded that which I have received from a dealership in the past. I purchased a genuinely low mileage vehicle, the documentation Rob presented to me was evident of that. The vehicle had been well looked after and serviced appropriately, again, well documented. Rob's enthusiasm and passion could be seen in how the vehicle was prepared prior to sale. His maxim appears to be that he would not sell a vehicle if its presentation is not what he would expect if he was the purchaser. All this with a 12 month warranty and breakdown cover included, I would urge anyone looking for a vehicle to consider BQA in their search. Like me, you will not be disappointed with the outcome.
