My husband and I have had the pleasure of using MAB Wallasey for our first and second house purchases, remortgages and life insurances and we cannot not fault them at all. Not only do Cath and Rachael et al get you the best deals and rates but they and their team keep you updated throughout the entire process, offer you support and frankly a shoulder to cry on when its not going well, due to unforeseen circumstances (thanks so much to Jen Rylance! You go above and beyond and you honestly kept me sane after our initial purchase decided to back out 2 weeks before completion!). I have confidentially recommended MAB to everyone I know. Amazing Service. We couldnt recommend MAB in Wallasey enough. Rachael and all the staff there are so helpful. We have been those awkward customers back and forth changing our minds and not once did they ever make us feel like the nuisances that we were they always had time for us, always there at the end of the phone with updates. I could call them any time and they would help without any issue. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Thanks Rach and all the team for all your hard work to help us! Cath and her team have been brilliant. Prompt, professional & have taken all stress out of moving to a new home. As a first time buyer it can be daunting and confusing buying a house however Cath kept me in the loop with important developments and let me know the next stages and time frames. Very approachable and always free for a phonecall or to pop into the office Very impressed & I will certainly be using again.

We had an amazing experience with the mortgage advice bureau, Cath Green and her colleagues help us out tremendously when we were buying our first house. And they are always there to answer questions even now. When I panicked about the pandemic and how that might affect being able to pay mortgage payments, cath was amazing to let us know what our options were. I have had friends that have bought a house without using a mortgage advisor and I don't know how they did it, because I would not have been able to do it without these guys!!
