        We have had a few pieces of equipment delivered over the last few weeks. Had a different man every time but have to say all of them have been so very nice. We have an excitable dog and they have all been really good with him. Thanks guys x

        Responsive on the phone and sent useful texts with delivery slots. Delivery and pick up drivers were all fast and efficient but pleasant and considerate.

        Got told they be out to pick up equipment from my mums didnt give me a time just between 9 an 5. Waited all day rang up at 2, told be an hour then rang at 4 to be told someone had knocked an left a note which was a lie. Then to be told they went to wrong house an actually they couldn't come as didnt have the right thing to put the bed in the van an would have to come another day. Waiting in for 8 hours for nothing
