Appollo Care have been a fantistic support for both my mum and myself. They have genuine care and concern for their clients and consistently go above and beyond expectations. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Suzanne and her team for anyone looking for a care package.

For the past months we have been looked after by the dedicated, caring, exceptional staff from Apollo. I am talking about the carers themselves who have been more than just professionals. They have been friends and an irreplaceable support network. So it was a real shock to be told, just 2 days ago, that the management had decided to dismiss us from their client list. This is despite the assurance that it is not a reflection on us but a result of staffing problems. We are being cast out without the dignity of even a five day period of notice, never mind the 28 days promised in the agreement signed when we were taken on as clients. We are very upset. And we do want to thank all the hard working and warm hearted young women who have looked after us in the past few weeks and months. Ron and Carol

We have used Apollo for several years now, as my Mum's Alzheimer's has gradually got worse. Without exception, the family have found management and caring staff to be reliable, professional, kind, friendly, flexible and very helpful. I marvel at Apollo's ability to accommodate changes and cover emergencies for us. From being available to take Mum to short notice appointments to checking out the phone or TV when Mum presses the wrong buttons or leaves a phone off the hook. Mum obviously enjoys their company and we feel confident they will be friendly and kind to her and do their best. Thanks so much for giving us peace of mind.

I can honestly say that since my starting care a few years ago I couldnt of picked a better company to work for, excellent training, , staff are amazing , a manager who is actually approachable who listens and cares about her staff and her clients welfare !! Im proud to say I work for Apollo and would 100% recommend us to anyone for a job or looking for care for family/friends xxx
