        Called 4 days ago, nice lady answered and took.details, to pass onto relevant person / assessor? No call back. If they are that busy, then care of relative may equally be compromised. Looking elsewhere, my dad probably doesn 't fit their category for a call back.

        I am writing to say how much we appreciated the care given to my Mum and Step Father as they became increasingly dependent. They have now moved to nursing care BUT the team from Homeinstead became one of the family in the time they spent with us. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made a sad and difficult time so much easier. Their love and support were priceless. Special thanks to Pauline ,Tracey and Penny. You are stars!
