        Absolutely awful customer service! Does not understand any aspect of consumer law and refused to refund an item that we deemed not suitable for our needs!! We are now left with an item that was attached to our pram for 20 minutes as they are saying it has been used!! I was going to purchase an eggz from this shop as it is local and I like to support local businesses but I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never return to this shop again! I will be reporting this issue to egg directly and would not recommend any purchase from this shop as if you need a refund you will be left out of pocket!!

        I have had contact with this shop 3 times and every time the owner has been a snotty unhelpful person. Awful customer service. If you want the lovely experience you are meant to have whilst shopping for you baby's pram PLEASE PLEASE stay away from here.
