I have just had the worst service from the lettings team at wallasey !! I applied for a property was honest about a ccj at the point of application they rejected us for said ccj which ends 2024. Apparently according to the team if u have adverse credit you are more likely to destroy the property. This was not the only insult we received. Also in the same hour reduced the rental price by 150!! Pcm I did things the right way had all paperwork including working guarantor which turned out to be absolutely pointless they still wouldn't pass us on to landlord. This is not the first time we have had poor service from this team.

I recently used Bakewell & Horner when putting a property onto the rental market. Anthony was first class, very helpful and efficient, making for a seamless transaction. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you.

An excellent service from start to finish. Having dealt with both the sales and letting teams I can highly recommend Bakewell and Horner Estate agents. They went above and beyond expectations. A special mention to Anthony and Lucy whose customer service was fantastic.

Very weak Accounts Dept. Poor internal/external communication, as has been confirmed twice on the telephone with a senior member of the team today. We will not be using this firm again. By all means, carry on and Ill contact the regulator, as B&H is close to breaching certain limits that I am intimately familiar with. Kindly reign Charlotte in, as I proactively asked this morning, because since then B&H/she has contradicted existing directions in writing, worse yet, for a consumer I clearly outlined as having an IVA/MH issues at present. Kindly get organised. Cant wait to give the keys back on Saturday.

I have been a customer of Bakewell & Horner for many years, we've bought/sold property through them and now use their Property Management services. Charlotte and the team is by far the best, her customer service is second to none, they listen and make sure we get the service we need thats right for us. I've recommended them to family and friends who share the same view. We have tried other estate agents and they don't compare in quality, friendlyness, welcoming atmosphere in a bright well presented clean and modern shop, a storefront that is a cornerstone in Wallasey I remember even as a child. If you want a genuine, reliable estate agent service I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have stood the test of time, and I can see why! Thanks Charlotte and team :)
