We have used Arnold's before for 'sails' in our orangery. We were delighted with the results and the friendly service. So when the time came to replace the old window blinds they we the obvious choice. They had a large selection to choose from and with their advice we found exactly what we were looking for and at a competitive price.

I had the white venetian blinds fitted a few weeks ago to the front 2 bay windows and small bedroom. Now had the patio window fitted with venetian but vision blinds on kitchen, rear bedroom and bathroom and they are stunning. The fitter, Paul is so pleasant and efficient and has made a fantastic job of fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Local is always best.

Absolutely appalling service. I had an appointment and they did not show nor let me know they werent showing, I waited all afternoon! They came to quote the next day after I chased them and yet asked me to go into their showroom two days later to actually provide a quote. I did just that and was left waiting TWICE whilst the lady decided other customers were more important. Ultimately ended up leaving an hour later after being completely dismissed. The most disgusting service I have received in a very long time. I wont be ordering and I will be warning everyone I know never to use them!
