Nobody wants to have their car taken away and then having to pay an extortionate amount of money to get it back. The circumstances were unique and lessons were learnt. With that said, the young man in charge of the office, Elliot, was very patient, professional and helpful. It made a difference given the situation. Thank you, Elliot!

They couldn't be LESS helpful if they tried, I took a friend to collect personal items from his car after a major accident , he rang them up to ask if he could come in to collect and was told YES , when we arrived after being kept waiting for 15 minutes he was told he had to make an appointment to do so , what time wasters are they?.they qualify for zero star rating in my book.
