        I cannot rate this company highly enough, absolutely first class service. We ordered from a sample in store but unfortunately when laid the distressed look was not to our taste as it was unclear on the sample. Mike the owner explained that as it wasn't to our taste, due to no fault on either party he offered to replace it with a more traditional look free of charge. We love the new floor so a big thankyou to all staff, fitter reception,owner well done. If I ever need carpets flooring etc this is the only company I would choose and would highly recommend
