Direct Mirror Doors Ltd

My recent experience of Direct Mirror Doors is one of which Ive never encountered. The installation was extremely poor. The reverse of all the mirrors were different colours and textures, the mirror rail failed to meet one end panel, the interior units had splinted/frayed edges, chunks out of the bottom plinth, the drawer filler was uneven, unsightly decorators caulk was used around the edges of the unit, some decorative strips didnt meet the edges of the mirrors, one end panel had a raised edge and a gap. I contacted the company and after some persuasion, the Director came to review the installation. He suggested that he could make good the installation. Once Id detailed all the faults in an email to him and gave him the options of replace or remove and refund, he chose the latter.

We bought and had sliding mirror doors fitted in 2015 its a shame Ive only just found the receipt.. on arrival one door had a crack down the glass which they changed quite quickly but within a month the same mirror started to crack again. I contacted them to tell them and they said they would change the mirror. I called every week for months and they just fobbed me off, I went into the unit but again I was told they would replace it but Im still waiting to this day.. I wouldnt recommend them as firstly it shouldnt have cracked within such a short space of time and secondly even though I contacted them they still didnt turn up to replace it. Every day I have to look at this room and the crack makes me so upset and angry they just brushed a paying client under the carpet
