Absolutely amazing estate agents, we have been in our property for 2 years this year! Our previous landlord was selling the property we were in and with housing situations at the moment we were panicking , we were having no luck with any other estate agents and constantly being fobbed off then we seen the property we are in now up for rent, I applied for it through zoopla and within a week Fozard contacted me for a viewing. The lady who showed us around the property was lovely (Im rubbish with names and have forgot!) she talked us through the process of the application if we was accepted, which we was! Glenn is so helpful and did his absolute best to help us. We have only had 1/2 minor problems and when we reported the problems they were resolved too quickly! Honestly would recommend this company to anybody.

I have first met Glenn Fozard some years ago when I was looking for a place to live near the Manchester University, where I work. He was showing me a flat in Rusholme (in which I currently live, happily). Glenn was very helpful, and any settling down problems that I had when I moved in, were quickly resolved with his help. Ever since then, Glenn and his associates in the company he runs have been extremely helpful in every aspect, and very nice to deal with. Thank you, Glenn and others! One particularly positive feature of Fozard Properties as a management company is easiness to get in touch when you need it. On their website, there is a convenient form for submitting requests, and they get back quickly. They also provide a phone and an email, and in my experience have always responded very quickly. I think they are sort of exceptional company in this regard. (Well, I wish they weren't --- in the sense I wish that other companies were as good as they.) So I definitely recommend Fozard Properties both as a letting company and as a property management company. Both sides have been very good in my personal experience. And, let me repeat, they are really nice people!
