Ive used Premier Estate & Lettings for a number of years to find tenants for my property. All the staff are very helpful and friendly and ensure everything is checked and completed thoroughly. They provide services ranging from finding a tenant through to full property management at very competitive prices

I recently purchased a property. Premier at Little Sutton, Ellesmere Port was the estate agent that managed the sale. The Premier team was excellent. I was buying from a different city and they always managed to fit me in when I wanted to visit the house and had limited availability. I liaised with Louise, James and Cathrine from Premier. They were extremely proactive and probably got the seller and I through the process a month quicker because they always followed everything up and chased me (nicely) when I didn't respond immediately. Louise particularly went the extra mile for me. She arranged things like the electrical check and boiler check for me with local professionals and just made things easier for me as a buyer. I would definitely recommend this team.

When we has to sell a relatives house James came to value the property and from the start of the discussions it was clear that his knowledge of the local market was spot on. His valuation was accurate (and even a little higher than we had expected) and his strategy for marketing the property ended up with us achieving a sale price bang in the guide zone and in a really quick time. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
