Human caring service. Not just a number coming through the door. Docs genuinely work with you on your health. Got me through the worst of a bad spell with MH and helped me genuinely understand issues in my health. Update: They are now in the habit of disconnecting you. when youve been waiting on the phone. Theyve also got rid of their email address (failing to tell the NHS website) which means if you cant speak youre not getting help. Update 2: They are now in the habit of cancelling important appointments and not notifying you so you lose pay and continue to be vulnerable. Notice none of these issues are with the doctor service.

The best GP practice I have ever been a patient of. The staff are lovely and very helpful, always manage to get an appointment! Special thank you to Nurse Caroline who goes above and beyond to accommodate her patients! Im always recommending this surgery to all of my friends and family. Thank you all at Blackheath for all of your hard work!

The best medical center I've been to. Always willing to help, professional help and experienced doctors. Very lovely and helpful ladies at the reception. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Having gone through so much loss my parents cancer and dementia then my brother to addiction. This surgery is amazing. I had to move to another GP quickly. This team are amazing. They really look after you and you get the great treatment you need TY

I just wanted to say thank you to the Team for all their invaluable help & support over the past year - I have used E Consult & had face to face appointments - & witnessed the staff dealing with calls & queries in a supportive manner - there are so many negative comments in the press about GP services during the pandemic - I just wanted to say a big Thank You to the Blackheath Team
